  • Development of a Representative Sampling and Sample Preparation System

    For quality control of bulk materials supplied by external vendors, an automatic, representative and standards-compliant sampling system was to be developed. The system was designed to combine automatic, continuous sampling of the bulk material with subsequent sample preparation and sample collection.

  • Retrofit of an Alternative Fuel Conveying System

    Technical systems and equipment inevitably age and eventually require a comprehensive overhaul. In this project, an existing conveying system was refurbished, optimized, fitted with a new steel structure and relocated to a different site. The result: a refurbished and repurposed conveying system for alternative fuels.

  • Sampling from Stationary Bulk Material

    How can samples be taken from a truck or railcar efficiently and in compliance with applicable standards? With a bucket and shovel? Better not! Why not use a drill sampler instead? The drill sampler automatically takes representative samples, which can then be individually processed after the sampling operation.
