  • Entwicklungsprozess einer repräsentativen Probenahme- und Probenaufbereitungsanlage

    Zur Qualitätskontrolle der von Lieferanten bezogenen Schüttgüter galt es, eine automatische, repräsentative und
    normgerechte Probenahme-Anlage zu entwickeln. An die automatische, kontinuierliche Probenahme des Schüttguts sollte sich eine entsprechende Probenaufbereitung sowie eine Probensammlung anschließen.

  • Retrofit einer Förderanlage für Ersatzbrennstoffe

    Technische Anlagen kommen in die Jahre und brauchen eine Generalüberholung. In unserem Beispiel wurde eine Förderanlage instandgehalten, optimiert, mit neuer Stahlbaukonstruktion versehen und an einem anderen Standort aufgestellt. Fertig ist die recycelte Förderanlage für Ersatzbrennstoffe.

  • Probenahme aus ruhendem Schüttgut

    Wie entnimmt man zeitoptimiert und normgerecht Proben aus einem LKW oder Waggon? Mit Eimer und Schaufel? Besser nicht! Warum nicht mit einem Bohrprobenehmer? Der Bohrprobenehmer entnimmt automatisiert Proben, die nach dem Probenahmevorgang individuell aufbereitet werden.
