Roskopf has decades of experience in all aspects of sampling and sample preparation of bulk materials through the continuation of the former sampling business of DEBUS GmbH and our engineering team. Based on established standard procedures, we offer customised technical solutions for the customers’ quality assurance and process control: from the detailed analysis of the situation on site to the handover of the technical installation to the company.

In addition to the type of bulk material and the type of plant to be sampled, the starting point is always the respective operational requirements for the test result to be determined as well as the construction site boundary conditions for a technical implementation.

Our sampler portfolio covers a variety of common methods for open (e.g., belt conveyors) and closed (e.g., chute pipelines) systems. The offering is complemented by various technical options for sample preparation, allowing you to reduce your sample to a self-selected or standardized representative quantity, ready for laboratory analysis or as a retained sample.

For particularly challenging bulk materials, preliminary tests can be carried out to narrow down the possible sampling methods. Based on this, we develop a technical concept that includes not only the selection and dimensioning of the sampleer type but also the the integration into the existing structures and the subsequent sample processing including autonomous process control.
