Samplers for pipelines

The automatic samplers in our repertoire for the sampling of bulk solids from downpipes are selected depending on the properties of the bulk solids and the installation situation.

You are also welcome to contact us if the industries or bulk materials presented do not correspond to your application or if you require individual advice and design due to your installation situation.

  • Screw sampler

    The screw sampler is designed for applications where dry, flowable and fine-grained materials are conveyed from top to bottom by pressureless pipelines or by pipelines with low overpressure.

  • Swivel pan sampler

    If the product characteristics of the bulk material to be sampled do not allow the use of a screw sampler, the use of a swivel pan sampler is recommended.

    The piston sampler is ideally suited for taking representative trend samples from pipelines in which moist, adherent, fine-grained materials are conveyed from top to bottom.
