Training the skilled workers of today and tomorrow

Since 2016, Roskopf Vulkanisation GmbH has been training industrial mechanics (m/f/d) in the field of maintenance and the whole team benefits from the exchange of knowledge and experience with the trainees.

In cooperation with Kolping Bildung Deutschland gGmbH and the TIAF-AC e.V., a network of skilled workers for the Aachen region, the trainees receive a collaborative training in education centre Alsdorf.

The combination of our decades of practical experience in the maintenance of industrial plants with the almost 30 years of know-how of TüV Nord Education in the field of vocational training prepares our trainees both ideally for everyday working life and the associated challenges of an industrial mechanic as well as for the examinations at the IHK Aachen .

We look forward to actively supporting young people in their career.

The joint training is carried out with financial support from the state of North Rhine-Westphalia and the European Social Fund.

 

Since 2018, the Roskopf Group has been offering the following training courses:

  • Industrial clerks (m/f/d)
  • Personnel service salespeople (m/f/d)
