Do you have friends or acquaintances who are looking for a job? Do you know anyone who would like to change jobs and could be a good fit for the Roskopf team? Then get us in touch with each other!
If your placement leads to a new hiring at the Roskopf Group, you will receive 500 euros gross with your salary statement as soon as the recruited employee has worked for the Roskopf Group for three months.
It’s that simple:

- If you are interested, please send us the complete contact details of your recommendation by e-mail to mitarbeiterwerbenmitarbeiter@roskopf-gmbh. com.
- Your recommendation applies to us and refers to you in the application.
- We conduct an interview and, if your candidate is suitable, look for a suitable job at the Roskopf Group.
- If your applicant is hired and has worked for the Roskopf Group for three months, you will automatically receive your bonus with the following payroll statement.
An additional plus: As a successful recruiter (i. e. your referral has been employed by the Roskopf Group for more than three months), you automatically take part in an annual raffle and can win a media market voucher in the amount of 500 euros.
Cancellation: The promotion can be revoked at any time if there are operational or economic reasons. This is particularly the case in the event of a decline in earnings and when the planned number of employees is reached.
