Assembly work in production areas brings series of special challenges. The overriding theme is the safety of the assembly workers and production staff, as production often should not or cannot be interrupted. At the same time, the work should be carried out quickly and without disruptions. As an installation company, this balancing act can only be achieved with good and precise installation planning in close coordination with all parties and a smooth and high-quality execution of the work. It doesn't matter whether it involves the conversion/ refurbishment or modernisation of existing production areas or the new installation or expansion of plant components.
For our team in the field of industrial assembly, working in an ongoing production environment has been the almost exclusive daily business for many years. Our range of services covers the entire spectrum of an investment project, but can also be commissioned in parts:
- Stocktaking: task definition and as-is analysis on site
- Developing solution concepts and evaluation
- Coordination and supervision of the work on site, taking into account operational needs
- Design, manufacture or procurement and assembly of devices and machinery
- Planning and implementation of conversion and modernisation measures
- Commissioning and handover to the company
- Training of the operating personnel
- Maintenance and servicing on a contract basis
On and off the construction site we live a strong safety culture. Our personnel are trained in all safety measures necessary for their area of deployment. At the same time, we only use appropriately trained and, if necessary, certified specialist personnel (e.g. certified welders). On site, an experienced skilled worker coordinates the assembly work and is the interface to your plant management.
