On-site maintenance

So you can focus on your process and production

Regular and professional maintenance and servicing of technical systems is indispensable for high availability, long service life and preservation of value of your capital goods. The range and complexity of modern as well as well-established machines and devices requires extensive technical experience and expertise which are not always required or available in the actual production process. In addition, maintenance work is often carried out in the course of operations and requires a significantly higher number of personnel deployment at short notice, which cannot be covered by the regular staff. Likewise, the approach of predictive maintenance is becoming increasingly important.

Over the years Roskopf has gained extensive experience (24/7 and order-related) in maintenance around the bulk materials industry, especially with conveyor systems. Well-known customers who are absolutely dependent on the highest availability have relied on us for more than 60 years.

We take over the standard and manufacturer-compliant maintenance of your plant technology in all disciplines according to DIN 31051 and DIN EN 13306 :

  • Maintenance: e.g. readjustment, alignment, lubrication and preservation of your system parts, refilling and replacement of operating materials as well as wear protection through the scheduled replacement of wear parts
  • Inspection: e.g. regular analysis of the actual state, development of a catalogue of measures, development of inspection plans as well as their organisational implementation
  • Repair: e.g. scheduled or short-term replacement of non-functional components and assemblies, spare and wear parts
  • Improvement: e.g. systematic or case-based analysis of weaknesses and identification, conceptualisation and implementation of improvement potentials beyond the target state

The objective is to ensure and continuously optimise the safety and efficiency of your processes, with a particular focus on:

  • Increased service life and system availability
  • Improvement of operational safety and operational processes
  • Reduction of the operating costs
