Manufacturing companies with a high level of production depth have a number of production-related work processes, but these are largely independent of the actual product and production processes. Examples of this are logistics, internal transport or quality control. In addition to professional experience, professional training and/or a well founded professional qualification are generally indispensable here. Such activities can and are increasingly also taken over by external service providers within the framework of outsourcing measures.

Roskopf collaborates with clients to devise concepts for these measures and employs skilled workers as well as skilled employees for selected services in the above-mentioned areas in the framework of multi-year work contracts.
